Kweichow Moutai officially lists the 15-, 30- and 50-Year Aged Moutai as part of its dedicated aged Moutai range. The 15-, 30- and 50-Year expressions are each presented in 500ml bottles at 53% ABV.
All three expressions are traditional sauce-aroma baijiu (酱香型白酒) produced using sorghum, wheat and water. The official specifications confirm the 500ml format and 53% ABV for the three expressions.
