La Fontaine de Coincy Bas-Armagnac 1989 is a vintage French brandy produced at La Fontaine de Coincy in the Bas-Armagnac region of Gascony, France. The estate has a long-standing family tradition of producing Armagnac, with Henry Bruno de Coincy representing the 20th generation of the family associated with the estate.

The 1989 vintage displays a beautiful bright amber colour and a mature, complex aromatic profile. Dried berry fruit, fresh leather, sultanas and black treacle lead into a rich palate marked by dried cherry, marzipan and dark chocolate.

Smooth and viscous on the palate, the Armagnac develops toward a vibrant, spicy finish. Its mature fruit, confectionery and chocolate characteristics make it particularly suited to slow sipping as a refined after-dinner digestif.
