Levantine Hill Katherine’s Paddock Chardonnay 2019 is a premium single-vineyard Chardonnay from the Yarra Valley in Victoria, Australia. Produced from the Katherine’s Paddock family block, the wine reflects the cool climate, elevation and east-facing aspect of the site, producing a Chardonnay with richness, structure, freshness and remarkable length.

The wine combines ripe stone-fruit character with refined oak, mineral complexity and natural acidity. Its layered texture and balance allow richness and palate weight to sit alongside freshness and restraint, creating an elegant and sophisticated expression of Yarra Valley Chardonnay.

Colour: Bright lemon yellow with clear, luminous reflections.
