Created in collaboration with the world-renowned Roca Brothers of El Celler de Can Roca, the project explores Hong Kong's unique blend of East and West, traditional heritage and modern innovation. Drawing inspiration from the city's vibrant food culture, bustling streets, historic landmarks, and spectacular skyline, The Macallan crafted a whisky that reflects Hong Kong's complexity, diversity, and sophistication.

Matured in a carefully selected combination of European and American oak sherry-seasoned casks, this limited-edition release delivers remarkable depth, elegance, and character while remaining unmistakably Macallan in style.

Colour:
Deep amber gold with rich mahogany highlights

Nose:
Complex aromas of tropical fruits, mango, dried apricot, ginger, honey, citrus peel, sweet oak, cinnamon, and delicate spice, complemented by subtle notes of traditional pastries and confectionery

Palate:
Rich and layered with flavours of ripe tropical fruits, baked apple, orange zest, honey, vanilla, warming spices, and toasted oak. The whisky displays exceptional balance between sweetness, fruit richness, and elegant spice

Finish:
Long, refined, and persistent with lingering notes of dried fruits, citrus oils, sweet spice, and polished oak
