Inspired by the city's rich history, diverse culinary scene, and vibrant modern culture, The Macallan Whisky Maker Polly Logan embarked on an immersive journey through London to translate its essence into a unique whisky. The result is a remarkable expression crafted from a carefully selected combination of European and American oak sherry-seasoned casks, delivering a profile that reflects both London's heritage and contemporary energy.
