Marguet Champagne Grand Cru Brut Nature "Shaman 23" is a refined Grand Cru Champagne sourced from estate vineyards in Ambonnay and Bouzy, two renowned terroirs of the Montagne de Reims. The 2023 cuvée is predominantly Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay, creating a structured, vibrant and mineral-driven expression.
Produced according to Marguet's certified biodynamic approach, Shaman 23 is crafted with spontaneous fermentation and aged in oak. Its Brut Nature style means there is no dosage added after disgorgement, allowing the natural fruit, acidity and chalky character of the terroir to remain prominent.
The 750ml bottle is well suited to fine dining, Champagne tastings, special occasions and sophisticated food pairings.

Colour:
Bright straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, persistent mousse.

Nose:
Expressive and elegant with red fruits, citrus, yellow apple, subtle floral notes and delicate smoky, toasted and mineral nuances.
