Marqués de Murrieta Dalmau Rioja Reserva 2019 750ml is one of Marqués de Murrieta's most distinctive and expressive wines, produced from the exceptional Pago Canajas vineyard within the historic Finca Ygay estate in Rioja Alta. The vineyard is planted with old vines at approximately 465 metres above sea level, producing naturally low yields and highly concentrated grapes.
Dalmau is made from a carefully selected blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Graciano. The 2019 vintage combines 86% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Graciano, bringing together ripe fruit, structure, aromatic complexity and freshness.
The grapes are carefully selected and fermented separately before ageing in French oak barrels. The 2019 expression is matured for an extended period before bottling, allowing the concentrated fruit and oak character to become more integrated.
The result is a powerful yet refined Rioja with pronounced ripe dark fruit, blueberry, red plum, cedar, black pepper, balsamic and mineral notes, supported by juicy tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Finish:
Long, persistent and spicy, with lingering dark fruit, balsamic, cedar and mineral notes.
