Michele & Patrice Rion Nuits-Saint-Georges “Aux Barrières” 2022 is a refined expression of Côte de Nuits terroir from a respected family domaine known for precision and traditional Burgundian winemaking. The Aux Barrières climat lies in the northern sector of Nuits-Saint-Georges, close to Vosne-Romanée, which gives the wine a more lifted, elegant profile compared to more muscular southern NSG sites.

The 2022 vintage in Burgundy is marked by ripe, generous fruit and excellent balance, producing wines that are both approachable in youth and capable of medium to long-term ageing. This cuvée combines ripe red fruit purity with the signature structure of Nuits-Saint-Georges, delivering depth without heaviness and finesse without fragility.
