Domaine Michèle & Patrice Rion Vosne-Romanée 2023 is an elegant village-level Pinot Noir from one of Burgundy's most prestigious wine appellations. Situated in the Côte de Nuits, Vosne-Romanée is celebrated for producing wines that combine aromatic complexity, silky texture and remarkable finesse.

This cuvée is assembled from three small vineyard parcels: La Croix Blanche at the foot of the slope, Les Raviolles on the mid-slope and Les Hauts Beaux Monts higher up the hillside. With an average vine age of approximately 50 years, these parcels contribute different expressions of the appellation, bringing together fruit, structure and mineral character.

The wine is made with approximately 30% whole-bunch fermentation and undergoes around 15 days of maceration. Maturation in oak barrels, including approximately 30% new oak, helps develop complexity while preserving the freshness and character of the Pinot Noir.

The 2023 vintage is particularly appealing for its generous fruit expression and immediate charm. Expect fresh red berries, fragrant rose and subtle spice, supported by rounded tannins and a smooth, harmonious finish.
