Mollydooker Carnival Of Love Shiraz 2023 750ml is a premium single-vineyard Shiraz from Mollydooker's prestigious Love Series, produced from grapes grown on the Gateway Vineyard in McLaren Vale.
The 2023 vintage combines Mollydooker's signature richness and fruit intensity with a surprisingly delicate and polished structure. The wine opens with lifted aromas of red cherry, blackberry and aniseed, followed by flavours of choc-cherry, fresh plum and liquorice.
The wine was barrel fermented and matured in 100% new American oak, adding depth and subtle oak complexity to the concentrated McLaren Vale fruit. Its Marquis Fruit Weight™ of 88% places it comfortably within the Love Series' target range of 85–95%.

Colour:
Deep and inky with an intense, youthful appearance.
Nose:
Lifted and expressive with aromas of red cherry, blackberry and aniseed, revealing impressive fruit concentration and aromatic intensity.
Palate:
Powerful yet refined, with flavours of choc-cherry, fresh plum and liquorice. Rich fruit is integrated with subtle American oak character, creating a seamless and generously textured palate.
Finish:
Long, smooth and persistent with lingering dark fruit, chocolate-cherry, liquorice and subtle spice.
