Mollydooker The Boxer Shiraz 2024 750ml is a bold and expressive Australian Shiraz from Mollydooker's renowned Lefty Series. The grapes are sourced from vineyards in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek, delivering the rich fruit concentration and powerful style associated with The Boxer.
The 2024 vintage combines fresh plum, mocha and liquorice with a soft, plush texture and well-integrated tannins. The wine was barrel fermented and matured in 100% American oak, adding a subtle toasted-oak character to the generous fruit profile.
The name "The Boxer" is a play on the Australian term "Mollydooker", meaning a left-handed person, with the distinctive label featuring two left-handed boxing gloves.
