Fervor No Royalty Syrah 2023 is a vibrant and expressive cool-climate Syrah from Mount Barker in Western Australia's Great Southern region. Sourced from the Old Lynch Vineyard, established in 1993, the wine showcases the freshness, fragrance and elegant tannin structure characteristic of Great Southern Syrah.
The wine is made using a combination of whole-bunch inclusion and destemmed fruit, followed by natural fermentation and maturation in approximately 30% new French oak puncheons. This approach creates a layered and polished expression with generous fruit, aromatic spice and refined structure.
The 750ml glass bottle is well suited to restaurants, fine dining, dinner parties, celebrations and premium wine collections.

Deep ruby red with vibrant purple reflections.

Nose:
Fragrant and expressive with ripe blue fruits, red berries, fresh spices and subtle dried herbal notes, accompanied by a delicate savoury character.
