Noilly Prat Original Dry is one of the world’s most respected French dry vermouths, produced in Marseillan in the South of France since 1813. It is crafted from carefully selected white wines that are aged outdoors in oak casks under the Mediterranean climate before being blended with a proprietary mix of herbs and botanicals.
This traditional “French-style” dry vermouth is known for its complex, slightly nutty, herbal character and refined dryness. It is a key ingredient in many classic cocktails and is especially prized in professional bartending for its depth and balance.
Tasting Notes

Nose:
Chamomile, dried herbs, citrus peel, green apple, sea breeze, and subtle spice.
