Octomore 11.3 is a super heavily peated single malt Scotch whisky from the boundary-pushing Bruichladdich Distillery on Islay. Made entirely from Islay-grown Concerto barley harvested in 2013 at Octomore Farm, this limited release showcases a unique sense of place, combining terroir-driven character with Octomore’s legendary peat intensity. Matured for five years in ex-American oak casks, it strikes a balance of smoke, sweetness, and maritime influence.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Waves of coastal smoke, lemon zest, vanilla, and sweet barley with hints of sea spray.

Palate: Intense and complex, revealing smoky peat, honeyed malt, toasted oak, orchard fruits, and a touch of pepper.

Finish: Long, smoky, and maritime, with lingering sweetness and earthy depth.
