Oddero Barolo 2021 is a classic and highly structured expression of Nebbiolo from one of Piedmont’s most historic family estates, Poderi e Cantine Oddero. Sourced from multiple prestigious MGA vineyards including Bricco Chiesa, Capalot, and Fiasco, this Barolo represents a traditional, terroir-driven blend designed to showcase balance, complexity, and long-term ageing potential.

The 2021 vintage is widely regarded as outstanding in Barolo, producing wines with exceptional aromatic precision, firm but refined tannins, and excellent ageing capacity. Oddero’s approach remains firmly traditional, with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel followed by extended ageing in large neutral oak casks (botti grandi), allowing the wine to evolve slowly while preserving purity of fruit and structure.
