The Old Pulteney Harbour Single Malt Whisky 700ml is a vibrant and approachable single malt from Pulteney Distillery in Wick, on Scotland's far northern coast. Named after the historic harbour that connects Wick to the North Sea, Harbour celebrates Old Pulteney's long-standing relationship with the sea and its distinctive coastal character.
Harbour is matured in a combination of four types of hand-selected American oak ex-bourbon casks: second-fill barrels, re-charred barrels, first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and refill barrels. Each contributes different layers of sweetness, vanilla, citrus, oak spice and fruit character, while the whisky matures in the salt-laden coastal environment of Wick.
The whisky opens with creamy vanilla and coconut, followed by bright citrus aromas including marmalade, tangerine and lemon drizzle cake. On the palate, raisins and tropical fruit develop into warm toffee and tobacco leaf, creating a rounded and accessible style before the signature Old Pulteney maritime character emerges on the finish.
Bottled at 40% ABV, Old Pulteney Harbour is designed as an easy-drinking single malt and is particularly suitable for those discovering Scotch whisky or looking for a smooth whisky with a distinctive coastal identity.

Colour:
Bright, sparkling gold with a warm straw edge.
Nose:
Creamy vanilla and coconut followed by aromas of marmalade, tangerine and lemon drizzle cake, with a subtle fresh oak spice character.
Palate:
Smooth and rounded with flavours of raisins and tropical fruits developing into hot toffee and fresh tobacco leaf, balanced by gentle oak spice.
Finish:
Long and warming with lingering fruit and spice leading into Old Pulteney's signature mellow sea brine and coastal salinity.
