Pascal Doquet Champagne 1er Cru Brut Nature "Arpege" NV is an elegant Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from Vertus, Villeneuve and the Mont Aimé in the southern Côte des Blancs. The cuvée reflects the chalk-rich terroirs of these vineyards, combining freshness, precision, depth and a pronounced mineral character.

Produced using organic viticulture and traditional Champagne methods, Arpege is aged on its lees and incorporates reserve wines to build additional complexity while maintaining freshness. Depending on the release, the blend includes a perpetual reserve component dating back to 2012.

The Champagne displays a fine, persistent mousse with aromas and flavours of white fruits, citrus, almond, brioche and chalky minerals. Its Brut Nature style emphasizes the natural character of the Chardonnay, with no dosage in documented recent releases.

Fresh and expressive with Granny Smith apple, pear, citrus, white flowers, almond and subtle brioche aromas, complemented by delicate chalky and mineral nuances.

Precise, vibrant and textured with flavours of green apple, pear, citrus and white fruits. Fine bubbles provide a creamy texture, while lively acidity and chalky minerality create freshness, tension and balance.

Finish:
Long, saline and refreshing with lingering citrus, white fruit, almond and chalky mineral notes.
