Pascal Doquet Diapason Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Champagne NV 750ml

Pascal Doquet Champagne Grand Cru Extra Brut "Diapason" Blanc de Blancs NV is a refined non-vintage Grand Cru Champagne crafted exclusively from Chardonnay. Sourced from the prestigious Grand Cru terroirs of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger in the Côte des Blancs, the cuvée showcases the purity, mineral character and elegant structure associated with these renowned Chardonnay vineyards.

"Diapason" is produced with a terroir-focused approach, combining freshness and precision with depth and texture. Extended maturation on the lees contributes subtle pastry and brioche complexity, while the Extra Brut style preserves the wine's natural freshness and mineral expression.
