Pascal Doquet Champagne 1er Cru Brut "Le Mont Aime - Coeur de Terroir" 2012 is a vintage Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from the Mont Aimé terroir in Vertus, in the southern Côte des Blancs. The cuvée expresses the chalk-rich character of the vineyard through a combination of mineral freshness, ripe fruit, structure and elegant Chardonnay complexity.
