Pasqua 11 Minutes Rosé Trevenezie 2025 is an elegant and expressive Italian rosé from Veneto, crafted from a carefully balanced blend of Corvina, Trebbiano di Lugana, Syrah and Carmenère. The wine takes its name from the brief 11-minute contact between the grape skins and must during pressing, which gives the wine its delicate pink colour while preserving the fresh aromatic character of the grapes.

The blend combines the floral aromas and natural acidity of Corvina with the elegance and length of Trebbiano di Lugana. Syrah contributes fresh fruit and subtle spice, while Carmenère provides structure and depth. After the brief skin contact, the must is chilled and clarified before fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine then remains on fine lees before filtration and bottling.

The 2025 vintage is fresh, enveloping and aromatic, offering delicate red-fruit, floral and citrus characteristics with a lively and balanced palate. Its dry, refreshing style makes it particularly versatile with seafood, salads, sushi and light Mediterranean dishes.
