Pasqua Amarone Black Label 2021 750ml

Pasqua Amarone Black Label 2021 is a rich and expressive Italian red wine from the Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG in Veneto. Made from carefully selected local grapes, the wine follows the traditional appassimento method, where the harvested bunches are dried for approximately three months to concentrate their flavours and aromas.

After drying, the grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately 25–30 days under controlled temperatures. Continuous punching down encourages the extraction of colour and tannins, after which the wine is transferred to French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place, helping develop a softer and more polished texture.

The resulting Amarone combines ripe dark and red fruit character with hints of dark chocolate, toast and vanilla. On the palate, it is warm, juicy and balanced, with silky tannins and a persistent finish.
