Pasqua Hey French MV Edition 4 750ml

Pasqua Hey French MV Edition 4 is a distinctive Italian multivintage white wine from the Veronese side of Monte Calvarina, in the eastern part of the Soave area. Produced as a Bianco Veneto IGT, the wine brings together Garganega, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon Blanc to create a complex and expressive white wine with freshness, structure and mineral character.

The wine is crafted from selected vintages that are vinified separately before being aged on the lees and matured in oak. The selected vintages are subsequently blended together, giving the wine additional depth and complexity while preserving the character of the Monte Calvarina vineyards.

The volcanic and basaltic-calcareous soils of Monte Calvarina contribute distinctive mineral character, while the combination of Garganega, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon Blanc provides layers of floral, fruity, herbal and nutty aromas.

Deep straw to golden yellow with bright reflections.

Nose:
Expressive and complex with exotic fruit, chamomile and sage, accompanied by floral nuances and delicate notes of almond and stone fruit.

Palate:
Fresh and structured with pronounced mineral character. The palate combines ripe fruit, almond and subtle herbal notes with refreshing acidity and a refined oaked texture.

Finish:
Long and persistent with mineral, almond, floral and lightly fruity notes.
