Pasqua Mai Dire Mai Amarone Della Valpolicella DOCG 2013 is a prestigious and highly concentrated Italian red wine from the Montevegro vineyard in Veneto. Produced from a carefully selected blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta, this Amarone showcases the richness, structure and complexity associated with the traditional Amarone style.

The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected before being dried in crates for approximately four months. This traditional appassimento process concentrates the sugars, aromas and phenolic compounds in the grapes. Following pressing, the wine undergoes pre-fermentation cold maceration and controlled fermentation before spending 24 months in new French oak, using both barriques and tonneaux.

The 2013 vintage offers an intense and complex profile with aromas of morello cherry, dried plum, sultana, cedar, cocoa and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is warm, rich and enveloping, with ripe black fruit, spice, dark chocolate and mocha supported by firm yet elegant tannins.
