Pasqua Passione Sentimento Romeo & Juliet Bianco 2024 is an elegant and expressive Italian white wine from Veneto, produced exclusively from Garganega grapes. Part of Pasqua’s Romeo & Juliet PassioneSentimento collection, the wine celebrates the winery’s connection with Verona and its cultural heritage.

The grapes are selected and harvested early before being briefly dried in crates, concentrating their natural aromas and sugars. After pressing, the grapes undergo 12 hours of skin maceration to enhance complexity and structure. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by partial ageing in French oak barriques before blending and bottling.

The 2024 vintage displays an intense and aromatic profile with citrus, apricot and peach character. On the palate, it is round, smooth and well balanced, with refreshing acidity and a persistent finish.
