Pasqua Passione Sentimento Romeo & Juliet Rosso 2023 is a rich and expressive Veneto red wine inspired by Pasqua's connection with Verona and the Romeo & Juliet story. The wine is made from a blend of Merlot, Corvina, and Croatina grapes, which are hand-harvested and partially dried in wooden crates to concentrate their sugars, aromas, and flavours. The grapes are vinified separately in stainless steel before blending, followed by maturation in oak tonneaux for six months. The result is a smooth, rounded, and enveloping red wine with ripe fruit character, subtle spice, and velvety tannins.
