Created as part of Pasqua’s Party Like an Italian range, this lightly sparkling wine combines fresh berry aromas, delicate floral notes and gentle sweetness with refreshing effervescence.

The wine is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero. The grapes are gently pressed together, followed by a short 4–5 hour skin contact at controlled temperature. The Pinot Nero skins contribute delicate colour, tannins and polyphenols, creating the wine’s attractive bright pink appearance.

Fresh, fruity and easy-drinking, the wine offers a refreshing balance between sweetness and lively bubbles. Its approachable character makes it well suited to aperitifs, casual celebrations, brunches and fruit-based desserts.
