The Patrick Javillier Bourgogne Blanc Cuvée des Forgets 2024 is an elegant expression of Chardonnay from Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune. Sourced from several vineyard parcels on the southern side of the Côte de Beaune, the wine reflects the character of clay-rich soils, giving it a generous texture and expressive fruit profile.

Made from 100% Chardonnay, Cuvée des Forgets combines ripe white and yellow fruit flavours with floral nuances, subtle toasted notes and refreshing acidity. Maturation in French oak barrels adds texture and complexity while preserving the wine’s freshness and balance.
