Raventos Blanc de Blancs 2023 750ml

Raventós Blanc de Blancs 2023 is an elegant Spanish sparkling wine made from four native white grape varieties grown at the Raventós i Blanc estate. The wine comes primarily from the Vinya del Llac, a vineyard over 40 years old whose calcareous soils and marine fossils contribute structure and mineral character. The grapes are harvested by hand, pressed slowly at low pressure and fermented separately before blending. A second fermentation takes place in bottle, followed by a minimum of 18 months of ageing on the lees. The result is a fresh, structured and complex Extra Brut with fine bubbles, vibrant acidity and a distinctive mineral and saline character.

Nose:

Fresh and clean aromas of citrus and white fruit, complemented by white flowers, Mediterranean herbs, fine lees, dried fruits and a delicate mineral character.

Dry, fresh and vibrant, with lively acidity, finely integrated bubbles and a structured mouthfeel. Citrus and white-fruit flavours combine with subtle saline, mineral and lees-derived notes.

Finish:

Clean, crisp and persistent, with refreshing citrus, mineral and lightly savoury notes.
