Raventos Gran Reserva de La Finca 2022 750ml

Raventós Gran Reserva de La Finca 2022 is a refined Spanish sparkling wine produced from grapes grown in the historic Vinya dels Fòssils vineyard. The vines are planted on the highest terraces of the River Anoia, where marine soils rich in fossils and carbonates give the wine its distinctive mineral and saline character. The 2022 vintage was warm and dry, resulting in very healthy, concentrated grapes while maintaining a strong natural acidity. The wine undergoes slow, low-pressure pressing, separate fermentation by variety and soil type, followed by secondary fermentation in bottle and a minimum of 30 months ageing on the lees. No expedition liqueur is added, preserving its dry Brut Nature character.

Bright pale yellow with golden highlights and a fine, persistent stream of bubbles.

Nose:

Expressive aromas of fine yeast, Mediterranean herbs, citrus, ripe white and yellow fruits, toasted nuts and subtle pastry notes, supported by a distinctive mineral and saline character.

Palate:

Dry, vibrant and precise, with fine, well-integrated bubbles, fresh acidity and a savoury mineral character. Notes of white and yellow fruit, citrus, almond and subtle creamy lees complexity develop across the palate.

Finish:

Long, fresh and persistent, with mineral, saline and lightly nutty notes balanced by crisp acidity.
