Speri Valpolicella Classico 2022 750ml

Speri Valpolicella Classico 2022 is a fresh and elegant Italian red wine from the Valpolicella Classica area of Veneto. Produced from organically farmed vineyards owned by the Speri family, this classic Valpolicella showcases the fresh, fruity and floral character of the region.

The wine is made from 60% Corvina Veronese, 30% Rondinella and 10% Molinara. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and crushed before fermentation with approximately eight days of skin maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for four months in stainless steel and glass-lined cement before bottle ageing.

The 2022 vintage is a medium-bodied, youthful and fruit-driven red with vibrant cherry and floral aromas, making it particularly versatile with everyday Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
