Tamdhu 21 Years is a luxurious Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky and the oldest expression in Tamdhu's core collection. Every drop is matured exclusively in carefully selected Oloroso sherry oak casks, allowing more than two decades of maturation to build remarkable depth, richness, and complexity.

The extended time in sherry-seasoned oak brings together rich dried fruit, Christmas cake, candied orange, chocolate, roasted nuts, and warming oak spice. Bottled at 47.5% ABV with its natural colour and without chill filtration, Tamdhu 21 Years Old is an elegant and richly sherried expression designed for slow, considered enjoyment.

Tasting Notes

Colour: 

Deep, rich amber with a naturally developed sherry-cask hue.

Nose:

Rich sherry aromas with raisins, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, orange, and gentle oak spice.

Palate:

Full and luxurious, revealing Christmas cake, dried fruit, candied orange peel, chocolate, and softly warming oak.

Finish:

Long and lingering, with warming spices, sweet fruit, oak, and a lasting sherry character.
