Produced only from the estate's finest fruit, Elston is recognised as one of New Zealand's benchmark Chardonnays. Tasting Notes

Colour:
Brilliant lemon gold.

Nose:
Elegant aromas of white peach, nectarine, lemon zest, lime blossom, roasted hazelnuts, nougat, oatmeal, and delicate flinty minerality.

Palate:
Medium to full-bodied with layers of ripe peach, nectarine, citrus, pineapple, grapefruit, and creamy vanilla supported by fine French oak, subtle nuttiness, and vibrant acidity. Richly textured yet beautifully focused and balanced.

Finish:
Long, refined, and mineral-driven with lingering citrus, stone fruit, toasted oak, and refreshing acidity.
