Tenute Sella Omaggio a Quintino Sella 2016 is the estate’s flagship wine, produced only in vintages considered exceptional. From the historic Lessona hills of Alto Piemonte, it is crafted primarily from Nebbiolo with Vespolina. Careful vineyard and cellar selection is followed by fermentation in stainless steel, extended maceration and malolactic fermentation in wood. The wine is then aged for 48 months in 25-hectolitre Slavonian oak casks, developing remarkable depth, elegance and complexity.
