Tasting Notes
Colour:
Deep mahogany amber.
Nose:
Rich aromas of dark cherries, raisins, dates, figs, treacle, dark chocolate, orange peel, leather, and polished oak.
Palate:
Full-bodied and luxurious with layers of dried fruits, black cherries, cocoa, espresso, Christmas cake, walnuts, cinnamon, clove, and rich Oloroso sherry influence. The texture is velvety and beautifully integrated.
Finish:
Long, warming, and complex with lingering notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits, sweet spice, espresso, and oak.
