Known for its signature balance of heather honey sweetness, rich fruit, warming spice and delicate peat smoke, Highland Park produces single malt Scotch whiskies that reflect the distinctive character of its island home.
The 12 Year Old offers an approachable and well-rounded profile, combining citrus, heather honey, spiced fruitcake and gentle smoke. The 15 Year Old introduces greater complexity, with honey-glazed pineapple, vanilla, toasted cinnamon and bright citrus notes. The 18 Year Old delivers a deeper and more refined character, featuring baked cherries, dark chocolate, salted honeycomb and aromatic peat smoke.
Together, these three expressions offer an opportunity to explore how extended maturation and carefully selected oak casks contribute to the evolving depth, richness and complexity of Highland Park whisky.

Colour:
Golden amber across the range, developing into deeper amber tones in the more mature expressions.

Nose:
12 Years: Fresh citrus, heather honey, floral notes and gentle peat smoke.
15 Years: Aromatic vanilla, honey-glazed pineapple, toasted cinnamon, lemon zest and heathered peat smoke.
18 Years: Rich caramelised sweetness, ripe fruit, baked cherries, dark chocolate and aromatic smoke.

Taste:
12 Years: Sweet and spicy with burnt orange, jasmine, fruitcake and a balanced touch of heathered peat smoke.
15 Years: Rich and lively with warm vanilla, tropical fruit, citrus zest and toasted spices, complemented by delicate peat smoke.
18 Years: Full-bodied and layered with orange zest, dark chocolate, salted honeycomb, rich fruit and aromatic peat smoke.

Finish:
12 Years: Long and warming, with peppery spice, orange zest, woody notes and subtle smoke.
15 Years: Mellow and balanced, with lingering vanilla, toasted spice and gentle aromatic smoke.
