The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea Single Malt Whisky 700ml

The fifth release in The Macallan’s Harmony Collection, this limited-edition expression is inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid oolong tea in collaboration with JING Tea. It showcases a delicate balance of fruity, floral, and sweet characteristics, mirroring the tea’s elegant profile.

Matured predominantly in sherry-seasoned American oak casks, complemented by European oak and a touch of ex-bourbon casks, the whisky delivers layered complexity with a refined, tea-like finish.

The packaging continues the Harmony Collection’s sustainability focus, incorporating repurposed tea leaves into the presentation box.

Nose: Peach, apricot, floral honey, tropical fruits, toffee, sweet oak

Palate: Syrupy peaches, warm citrus, toffee, light florals, subtle tea-like astringency
