Tipperary Homegrown Barley Port Cask Finish is a single cask, single malt whiskey using malt grown on a single field at Ballindoney farm, Tipperary. The whisky was matured for 4 years in a first fill bourbon cask before being transferred and finished in ex-port octaves. All maturation and bottling were at Tipperary Distillery.
