Nose:
Fresh orchard fruits, pear, apple, honey, vanilla, citrus peel, and soft oak spice.
Palate:
Smooth and medium-bodied with flavours of ripe apples, pears, caramel, toffee, honey, vanilla cream, and subtle dried fruit from sherry influence. Gentle spice and oak add depth and balance.
Finish:
Medium-length, soft, and warming with lingering notes of vanilla, fruit, and light spice.
