Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels Syrah 2021 is a benchmark expression of New Zealand Syrah from the renowned Gimblett Gravels sub-region of Hawke’s Bay. This terroir is defined by warm, stony soils and strong diurnal temperature shifts, producing wines with concentration, aromatic lift, and refined structure.

The 2021 vintage delivers excellent balance between ripe fruit intensity and freshness. Grapes are carefully selected from multiple vineyard parcels and vinified separately before blending to enhance complexity. Matured in French oak barrels and ovals, the wine shows both purity of fruit and savoury depth, with a refined tannin structure built for ageing.
