Uggiano Chianti Riserva DOCG 2022 750ml

Uggiano Chianti Riserva DOCG 2022 is a traditional Tuscan red wine made primarily from Sangiovese with 10% Canaiolo. Produced in the Chianti appellation, this Riserva showcases a richer and more developed expression of the region, combining ripe dark fruit, floral aromas, vanilla nuances and structured tannins.

The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation with extended skin maceration before maturation in a combination of Allier, Nevers and Vosges oak barriques and larger oak casks. It is then further matured in stainless-steel tanks and in bottle, developing greater complexity and integration.

The result is a rounded and full-bodied Chianti Riserva with aromas of sour black cherry, wild berries and violet, complemented by vanilla. The palate is generous and structured, with ripe fruit, integrated oak character and a pleasantly tannic finish.
