Uggiano Falconeri Cabernet Sauvignon di Toscana IGT 2020 is a rich and structured Tuscan red wine combining Cabernet Sauvignon with Sangiovese. Produced in Tuscany, it brings together the depth and dark-fruit character of Cabernet Sauvignon with the freshness and regional character of Sangiovese.

The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 18–20 days of skin maceration at controlled temperatures of 26–28°C. It is then aged for 12 months in French oak barriques before further maturation in large oak casks for 10–12 months. The wine is subsequently held in stainless steel tanks before bottling and receives at least 12 months of bottle ageing.

The 2020 vintage presents a complex aromatic profile of blackberry, blueberry, wild berries, clove and vanilla, with additional herbal and cedar nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety with broad, soft tannins, persistent acidity and a long, savoury finish.

Finish:
Long and persistent with lingering dark-fruit, vanilla, spice and gently tannic notes.
