Ullens L.P.M Extra Brut Champagne NV 750ml (Lot 05)

Ullens Champagne Extra Brut "L.P.M" NV (Lot 05) is a distinctive grower Champagne from Domaine de Marzilly in Hermonville, within the Massif de Saint-Thierry. The cuvée is made from 100% Pinot Meunier, expressing the freshness, mineral character and distinctive fruit profile of this northern Champagne terroir.
The L.P.M name refers to Le Pinot Meunier, La Petite Montagne, the historic name for the Massif de Saint-Thierry, and Le Parc de Marzilly, from which the estate sources oak for its barrels. Lot 05 is an Extra Brut release with a 2.3 g/L dosage and was disgorged in September 2024.
The 750ml glass bottle is well suited to aperitifs, fine dining, celebrations, dinner parties, restaurants, hotels and premium gifting.

Tasting Notes

Colour:
Bright golden yellow with fine, persistent bubbles.

Nose:
Expressive and refined with ripe orchard fruit, subtle floral notes, gentle spice and delicate toasted nuances.

Palate:
Dry, fresh and textured with ripe fruit, fine mineral tension and subtle oak-derived complexity. The low Extra Brut dosage contributes to a precise and focused character.

Finish:
Long, fresh and mineral with lingering orchard fruit, subtle spice and a clean, persistent finish.
