Valentin Leflaive Champagne Grand Cru Extra Brut "Verzenay Les Longues Raies 20 30" Blanc de Noirs NV is a refined single-vineyard Champagne produced from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the Les Longues Raies Grand Cru vineyard in Verzenay, within the Montagne de Reims. The east-facing vineyard sits on loamy chalk soils at approximately 100 metres altitude, contributing freshness, structure and mineral depth.
The cuvée is hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel vats and oak barrels before spending approximately 40 months ageing on the lees. The "20 30" designation indicates the 2020 base year and 3.0 g/L dosage, corresponding to an Extra Brut style.
The 750ml glass bottle is ideal for aperitifs, fine dining, celebrations, dinner parties, restaurants, hotels and premium gifting.

Tasting Notes

Colour:
Brilliant, slightly golden with delicate amber highlights and fine, persistent bubbles.

Structured, fresh and elegant with generous red-fruit flavours, vibrant acidity and fine mineral character. The Pinot Noir provides depth and body while maintaining a refined balance.

Long and persistent with lingering ripe red fruit, spice and mineral notes.
