Champagne Waris-Hubert Annexä 2016 Extra Brut Grand Cru is a vintage Blanc de Noirs made exclusively from Pinot Noir grown in the Grand Cru village of Aÿ. Sourced from the single 0.3-hectare Les Frères Martin plot, the wine comes from vines averaging around 25 years old planted on chalk and calcareous clay soils. It is fermented and aged in stainless-steel vats before spending several years on its lees, developing impressive freshness, complexity, texture, and depth.
