Woodstock Collett Lane Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a premium single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale, South Australia. The vineyard was planted in 1988 and produces concentrated fruit with the structure and depth characteristic of this distinctive sandy-ridge site.
The 2022 vintage combines rich dark fruit with savoury complexity, showing blackcurrant, cassis and dark cherry alongside dark chocolate, cigar box, tobacco, espresso and baking spice characters. The wine is matured for approximately 18 months in carefully selected French and American oak, contributing additional structure and depth.
The 750ml glass bottle makes it well suited to fine dining, restaurants, celebrations, dinner parties and premium wine collections.

Tasting Notes

Colour:
Deep garnet red with dark crimson and purple reflections.

Nose:
Intense and layered with blackcurrant, cassis and dark plum, complemented by espresso, smoke, cedar, cigar box, vanilla and baking spice.

Palate:
Full-bodied and concentrated with generous blackberry, cassis and dark cherry flavours. Firm yet polished tannins provide structure, while dark chocolate, tobacco, graphite and subtle oak add savoury complexity.

Finish:
Long, refined and persistent with lingering dark fruit, dark chocolate, spice, tobacco and fine-grained tannins.
