Sourced from old vines grown in the cooler, elevated areas of McLaren Vale, the wine delivers concentrated dark fruit flavours complemented by distinctive mint and chocolate characters.
The 2021 vintage showcases rich blackcurrant and sweet plum flavours supported by structured tannins and fresh acidity. Subtle notes of choc mint, cedar, tobacco and graphite add complexity and depth, creating a classic and generously proportioned McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon.

Colour:
Deep ruby red with dark crimson and purple reflections.

Nose:
Aromatic and expressive with blackcurrant, plum, redcurrant, bay leaf and choc mint, complemented by subtle cedar and dark chocolate nuances.
