Crafted in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica zone, this Amarone is produced using the traditional appassimento method, where carefully selected Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone, and Croatina grapes are naturally dried for several months to concentrate flavour, structure, and richness. After slow fermentation, the wine is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels to enhance complexity while preserving elegance.

The magnum format allows for slower evolution and greater ageing potential, resulting in deeper integration of tannins, aromatics, and texture over time. This is a powerful yet refined Amarone that showcases Zenato’s benchmark style—rich, velvety, and perfectly balanced.
